Organizational justice is when something is fair or unfair in a workplace. Everyone should be treated equally and fairly in the workplace - like everyone should have the same opportunities or be judged on the same quality of work. Fairness means that everyone gets listened to and taken seriously, that no one is left out or made fun of, and that people get the same rewards, like praise or money, for doing the same job. Unfairness can happen if someone is treated differently because of their race, gender, or any other reason that's not related to their work. Everyone should be respected and have their rights protected in the workplace.
