Orthotics

Orthotics are special devices made of plastic, metal, or other materials that help support parts of your body, like your feet and ankles. They look a bit like insoles, and they often go inside your shoes. Orthotics help people have better posture and make it easier for them to move around. They help with walking, running, and lifting heavy objects. Orthotics can even help with pain and make it easier for people to do sports. So if your feet or ankles ever feel sore or weak, your doctor may say that orthotics could help you.
