Pea milk

Pea milk is a type of milk made from peas, just like cow's milk is made from cows! But instead of getting milk from a cow, we use tiny peas to make the milk.

First, we take the peas and grind them up into a powder, like when you use a mortar and pestle to grind up spices in the kitchen. Then, we mix that powder with water and add some special ingredients like salt and sugar, so that it tastes good.

Next, we blend it all together in a big blender until it's smooth and creamy. And that's it! Now we have pea milk.

Pea milk is great because it's a good source of protein, and it's also good for people who can't drink cow's milk because they are allergic or lactose intolerant. Plus, it's better for the environment because making pea milk uses less water and land than making cow's milk.

So, next time you want a milk-like drink, you can try pea milk!
