ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

People's democratic dictatorship

So imagine you and your friends are playing a game together, but sometimes some of your friends don't like the rules or want to win too much. So you and your other friends might have to work together to keep the game fair and make sure everyone gets a turn to play and have fun. That's kind of like a "people's democratic dictatorship."

It means that the people, or the group playing the game, have the power to make decisions together and work towards a fair and equal society. But sometimes, a few people might want to be in charge or have too much power. So to make sure everyone is heard and no one person or group becomes too powerful, the "dictatorship" means that the people come together to make decisions and keep things fair. It's not like a mean dictator who makes people do things they don't want to do, but instead a way for everyone to share power and work together.
