People's democratic dictatorship

So to make sure everyone is heard and no one person or group becomes too powerful, the "dictatorship" means that the people come together to make decisions and keep things fair. It's not like a mean dictator who makes people do things they don't want to do, but instead a way for everyone to share power and work together.
