Performance-based advertising

Performance-based advertising is a type of online advertising where the company running the ad (like a website or an app) only has to pay the advertising company if the ad actually produces a result. This result might be getting people to sign up for a service, buying something, or taking some other type of action. Instead of paying for the ad regardless of whether or not it works, the company only pays for the ad when it does work. This makes it easier for companies to predict their expenses, since they only pay for results.
