Photovoltaic module

A photovoltaic module is a device that uses the energy from the sun to make electricity. Sunlight is made of tiny energy particles called photons. When the photons hit special materials in the photovoltaic module, the energy from the photons is absorbed and then used to make electricity. The electricity produced by photovoltaic modules can be used to provide lights, power machines, and even heat and cool homes.
