Plasterwork is like playing with sand, but instead of making castles, we make walls and ceilings!
First, we mix together a special type of powder called plaster with water. This makes a gooey substance that we can spread on walls or ceilings.
Once we've put the plaster on, we use special tools called trowels to flatten it out and make it smooth.
Once it's all nice and smooth, we let the plaster dry. This can take a few days, and we have to be patient and not touch it or it will get ruined.
Once the plaster is completely dry, we can paint it and decorate it with pretty designs to make it look even more special!
Plasterwork is important because it helps to make our homes and buildings stronger and look really nice. Plus, it's fun to work with!
