Progressive muscle relaxation

Progressive muscle relaxation is a way to help you relax by tensing and then releasing different parts of your body. It helps your body feel more relaxed and can reduce stress and anxiety. When you are doing it, you start with one muscle group like the muscles in your feet and then you tense them (squeeze them tight) and then you quickly let them relax so they get "looser". You do this with all the muscles in your body like your calves, thighs, stomach and back, arms, hands, neck and face until you feel nice and relaxed!
