Pseudolaw

Pseudolaw is a practice of making up laws or pretending to be a lawyer when you're not. It's like playing the game of make-believe, but instead of pretending to be a fireman or a doctor, you pretend to be a lawyer. People who practice pseudolaw generally don't have any legal education or know anything about the law. They make up their own laws and pretend to be experts on the law, but they don't actually know what they are doing. This can be very dangerous, because if someone breaks a real law, they could get in trouble, even if the person who wrote the law was pretending to be a lawyer. Pseudolaw can be illegal and lead to someone going to jail, so it's important to make sure you are getting legal advice from someone who actually knows the law.
