Vexatious litigation

Vexatious litigation is when somebody keeps filing lawsuits for no good reason. It's like a bully who keeps picking on someone else and not going away. These lawsuits are annoying and don't accomplish anything, but cost people time and money. Sometimes they can be dangerous because they can be used to target people who didn't do anything wrong.
