Lawfare

Lawfare is a word used to describe a type of battle that happens in court instead of on a battlefield. Instead of using guns and other weapons, people who use lawfare use the law and legal arguments to win their fight. They try to use the law to keep their opponents from getting what they want, or argue that they should get something they want. Lawfare is like fighting a war in a courtroom.
