Qatar and state-sponsored terrorism

Qatar is a country in the Middle East. It is part of a group of countries called the "Arab States". Some people accuse Qatar of sponsoring terrorism. If a country is accused of sponsoring terrorism, it means that they are giving money or support to people who use violence to try and get what they want. Qatar denies these accusations. It says it does not support any form of violence, but it does accept money from some groups that other countries consider terrorists.
