Quantitative structure-activity relationship

Quantitative structure-activity relationships (or QSARs) are a way of predicting how a chemical compound (like a medicine) might interact with different things. It uses information about the structure (or shape, size, etc.) of the compound to predict how it might act, without actually testing it.
