Quantum electrodynamics

Quantum electrodynamics (QED) is a way of understanding the behavior of electrons and light. It explains how electrons move around and how light travels, and also how these two things interact with each other. Basically, QED helps us understand how electrons and light affect each other in weird and wonderful ways.
