Qutab

Qutab is a kind of bread that is very yummy and popular in places like Iran, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. It comes in many shapes and sizes, but usually it's round and flat like a pizza. Qutab is made from dough that is rolled out into a thin sheet and then cooked on a griddle or over an open flame until it's nice and crispy.

Once the qutab is cooked, it's usually stuffed with delicious fillings like minced meat, cheese, herbs, or vegetables. Sometimes the fillings are mixed right into the dough before it's cooked, and other times they're added on top like a pizza topping. Then, the qutab is folded over like a taco to hold all the yummy filling inside.

Qutab is a special treat that people enjoy eating with their fingers, and it's often served at celebrations and family gatherings. But be careful - it can be very hot when it comes right off the griddle, so it's best to wait a few minutes before taking a big bite!
