Recreational diving

Recreational diving is when people go underwater for fun and adventure. You wear special equipment like a mask and fins to help you breathe and move around in the water.

There are different kinds of recreational diving. One is called scuba diving. This is when you wear a tank of air and a regulator that helps you breathe the air while you swim around. Another kind is snorkeling. This is when you wear just a mask and a tube that helps you breathe on the surface of the water.

When you go diving, you have to follow special rules so that you don't get hurt. You can't stay underwater for too long or go too deep without special training. You also have to be careful not to touch anything or hurt any of the animals you might see underwater.

Recreational diving is really cool because you get to see all kinds of amazing things underwater, like fish, coral, and other sea creatures. It's like going on an adventure in a whole different world!
