Reporters Without Borders

Reporters Without Borders (RWB) is a group of people from around the world who work together to protect freedom of the press. They want to make sure journalists, bloggers, and anyone else who creates or shares news, can do it safely. They do this by speaking out for people who are in danger for reporting the truth, giving support to journalists and bloggers who have been arrested, and helping people learn about their rights as a journalist or blogger. They also help provide people with the tools they need to stay safe when doing their reporting, like private messaging and anonymous sharing tools. Lastly, they try to influence decisions made by governments and organizations so that people can keep on reporting the truth.
