Resilience (organizational)

Organizational resilience means how well an organization can "bounce back" after it experiences a difficult situation, such as a natural disaster, layoffs, or a virus outbreak. To be resilient, an organization needs to have strong leadership, good communication, flexible plans, and resources in place to help them recover and continue business activities. The goal is to keep the organization functioning and successful, even during hard times!
