Rocket

A rocket is a vehicle that is designed to fly high in the sky, or even into space! The vehicle has special engines that use fuel to create a very hot and powerful stream of gas called a 'rocket engine'. As the hot gas is pushed out the back of the rocket, it pushes the rocket forward in the opposite direction. The faster the rocket can push the gas out of its engines, the more power it has, and the faster it can go. Rockets are used to send important people, experiments, and supplies into space.
