Romans 9

So, Romans 9 is a part of the Bible where a guy named Paul is talking about how God chooses people to be part of his special group, called followers or believers. Paul says that God chooses these people because he wants to, not because of anything they did or didn't do.

It's like when you pick your friends to play with. You might pick your friend because they are nice or because they like the same things as you, but God picks his believers just because he wants them to be on his team.

Some people might think this is unfair, like if you picked one friend to play with over another. But Paul says that God gets to do whatever he wants because he's God! Kind of like how your parents get to make the rules in your house.

But just because God picks his believers doesn't mean that everyone else is left out. Paul says that anyone who wants to believe in God can, and God will welcome them with open arms.

So, in short, Romans 9 is about how God chooses his believers and that it's all up to God to make those decisions. But, anyone who wants to believe in God is welcome to be part of his group!
