ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Sādhanā

"Sādhanā" is a big word that means the things you do every day to get better at something. It could be anything you want to get better at, like playing an instrument, reading, or even walking.

Imagine you want to learn how to play the piano. For sādhanā, you would practice playing the piano every day, maybe for 20 minutes or so. You would start with simple songs and gradually work your way up to more difficult ones.

The more you practice, the better you'll get. And with sādhanā, you'll keep practicing until you reach your goal, like playing your favorite song really well.

So, sādhanā is all about practicing something regularly to get really good at it.
