ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Sensitivity training

Sensitivity training is a special kind of learning that teaches people how to treat others with kindness and respect. It helps people understand that everyone is different and that's okay. Some people may come from different countries or cultures, have different skin colors or religions, or even just have different ways of thinking and feeling. Sensitivity training helps us learn to be kind to each other even when we don't agree or understand everything about each other. We learn to listen to each other, to show empathy (which means understanding how others feel), and to be aware of our own actions and how they might affect others. It's like learning how to make friends with everyone in the world!
