Sleep disorder

Sleep disorder is a problem that makes it difficult for a person to get quality sleep. It can cause them to wake up feeling tired, have trouble falling asleep, or wake up frequently during the night. Sometimes, a person suffering from a sleep disorder won't get enough sleep, meaning they don't get to rest and feel energized during the day. There are several different kinds of sleep disorders, like insomnia, sleep apnea, and narcolepsy. Treatments for these disorders can include lifestyle changes, taking medications, or using special machines that help with breathing or calming the body and mind.
