Social Epistemology is a way to think about knowledge that takes into account how people interact with one another to create and share knowledge. In Social Epistemology, the way people interact with one another, like talking and asking questions, is important because it helps us to figure out what we know and how to learn new things. This is different than just thinking about knowledge by yourself – it’s looking at how we use our relationships with others to figure out what’s true or false, and how to learn more.
