Sociology of knowledge is the study of how people think and the ideas that they have. It looks at how people learn new ideas, how they come up with new ones, and how beliefs and experiences can shape those ideas. It studies how the ideas we have influence how we interact with other people, and how the world around us shapes what we think and believe. For example, if people in one area of the world believe in different things than people in another area, it can affect how they respond to each other. Sociology of knowledge helps us understand why our beliefs and experiences shape the way we think.
