Sorbian people

Sorbian people are a group of people who live in parts of Germany called Lusatia. They speak a language called Sorbian, which is very different from German.

The Sorbian people have been living in Lusatia for a very long time, even before Germany existed as a country. They have their own unique traditions and culture, and they are proud of their heritage.

There are two types of Sorbian people: Upper Sorbs and Lower Sorbs. Upper Sorbs live in the north part of Lusatia, and Lower Sorbs live in the south part. They have their own colorful traditional dress, called Festtagskleidung, which they wear for special occasions and celebrations.

Although they are a small minority in Germany, the Sorbian people have a rich history and cultural identity that they preserve and celebrate through music, dancing, and traditional festivals.
