Spatial visualization ability

Spatial visualization ability is the ability to picture things in your head and to understand how things fit together in three-dimensional space. It involve visualizing how two or more objects interact when they connect, overlap, or move. For example, if you were asked to draw how two shapes fit together in a certain way, that would require spatial visualization. It is important because it helps with problem solving in many different fields, like architecture, engineering, and mathematics.
