Telemedicine

Telemedicine is like having a doctor visit but without having to go to a doctor's office. It uses special technology to let doctors and patients talk to each other and health professionals to be able to diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and conditions. Through telemedicine, doctors can see a patient's health history, look at test results, and ask questions. They can even give advice and prescribe medicine to help the patient. Telemedicine can be helpful because it means you don't have to take time off from work or take a long drive to see the doctor.
