Terrorism in the United States
Terrorism in the United States is when someone tries to scare or hurt people by doing bad things like bombing, shooting, or setting off bombs. The people who do this want to make a statement and want to show that they are strong enough to do something bad. They want to scare people or sometimes hurt them. The US government fights terrorism by tracking down the people who do these bad things, arresting them, and putting them in prison.
