ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Test suite

Okay, kiddo, imagine you have lots of toys in your room that you like to play with. Sometimes, your parents want to make sure you're playing with the right toys and taking care of them properly. So, they give you tests to see if you know what you're doing.

A test suite is kind of like a bunch of different tests for your toys. It's a collection of tests that are designed to make sure something is working correctly, like a website or an app.

So, imagine you have a toy that's a robot. The test suite might have different tests to make sure the robot is working properly. For example, there might be a test to make sure the robot can move forwards and backwards, another test to make sure it can turn left and right, and another test to make sure it can make different noises.

The test suite helps people who made the robot know if it's working correctly before they show it to other people. It's like checking and rechecking to make sure everything is just right before you play with your toys or show them off to your friends.
