Transgenerational design

Transgenerational design is a way of designing things that takes into account how the design might affect people in the future. It involves thinking about how changes today will affect people living many years from now. For example, if we want to build a new house, people using transgenerational design would think about how things like the materials used, the water and energy use of the house, and its impact on the environment might look like in the future when the house still exists. It could help us make sure that the house will still be safe, comfortable, and have the resources it needs to be used by future generations.
