UNESCO

UNESCO stands for United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. It is an organization that helps countries around the world work together to protect and preserve important places, ideas and cultures that are part of our world. They also help to protect cultures, ideas and customs like the way of life and language of Native American tribes and traditional African music. UNESCO also helps to preserve important scientific discoveries like the importance of genetics or the discovery of vaccines.
