Ujamaa

Ujamaa is a Swahili word that means 'familyhood'. It is a concept from Tanzania in Africa that is about building a strong community and making sure everyone in it is taken care of. Everyone in the community looks after each other and helps each other out, like a family would. Ujamaa is all about looking out for our friends, neighbors, and family to make sure everybody has what they need to live a happy and healthy life.
