Unconstitutional constitutional amendment

An unconstitutional constitutional amendment is something that changes a country's constitution (the document which sets out the laws that the country follows) but that would break the laws that the constitution sets out. This is impossible, because the laws in the constitution exist to protect the country and its citizens, and by changing the constitution to break those laws, the country would not be protected and its citizens would not be treated fairly.
