ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Universal access to education

Universal access to education means that everyone, regardless of where they live, their family's income, race, or gender, has the right to receive a free education. This includes daycare, primary (elementary) school, middle school, and secondary (high school). It also includes access to college and different types of training and classes (like for a trade such as mechanic, plumber, etc). Everyone should have the chance to learn and get an education.
