ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Inclusive education

Inclusive education means that all children, no matter what their abilities or differences are, can go to school together and learn in the same classroom.

Just like how we all look different on the outside, some of us might also have different things going on on the inside, like needing a wheelchair or needing more help in class.

In an inclusive classroom, teachers and students work together to make sure everyone feels included and can learn together. This might mean teachers using different teaching methods to help some students better understand the lesson, or students helping each other out when someone needs a little extra help.

Inclusive education is important because it helps everyone learn to respect and appreciate differences, and it also helps students with disabilities feel like part of their community and school. It's like a big team where everyone helps each other out and nobody feels left out.
