Volcano tectonic earthquake

Okay kiddo, let's talk about volcanoes and earthquakes. Do you know what a volcano is? It's a big mountain that has a hole on top where hot, molten rock called magma can come out. Sometimes, this magma flows out like a big, red-hot river of rock that we call lava.

Now, you might be wondering why volcanoes have earthquakes. Well, when the magma is moving around inside the volcano, it can push against the rocks around it, causing them to crack and move. These movements create vibrations that we feel as earthquakes. That's why we call them volcano tectonic earthquakes - because they're caused by the movement of the Earth's crust around the volcano.

Sometimes, these earthquakes can be a sign that the volcano is about to erupt - like a warning signal to us humans. That's why scientists are always monitoring volcanoes and earthquakes around them, to try and keep people safe. Pretty cool, huh?
