Washer pitching

Washer pitching is a really fun game that you can play with your friends or family. Imagine a big square wooden box that has three holes in it. Those holes are where you want to throw little metal washers to try and score points.

The box is usually raised up off the ground and each side of the box belongs to a team. Each team has two people, so four people can play at once. The goal of the game is to get the most points by tossing the washers into the holes.

When it's your turn to toss the washer, you stand behind a line that's drawn on the ground. You then try to throw the washer into one of the holes by flicking your wrist and letting the washer spin in the air.

If you get your washer into one of the holes, you score points! Different holes are worth different amounts of points, like one point for the closest hole, three points for the middle hole, and five points for the farthest hole.

The game continues until one team reaches a certain number of points, usually 21. That team is then crowned the winner!
