Western pattern diet

Okay kiddo, I'll explain. The Western Pattern Diet is the way people in Western countries eat food. You know how we eat pizza, burgers, fries, and other kinds of junk food? Well, that's part of the Western Pattern Diet.

This way of eating is not so good for our bodies because it has a lot of sugar, unhealthy fats, and salt. These things can cause health problems like obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.

It's important to eat healthier foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains instead. They help keep our bodies strong and healthy. So even though the junk food tastes yummy, we need to eat less of it and more of the healthy stuff.

We can also mix things up and try new foods and flavors like sushi, quinoa, or hummus. Our taste buds will thank us, and our bodies will too!
