What the Tortoise Said to Achilles

Once upon a time, there was a race between a hare and a tortoise. The hare was very fast, while the tortoise was very slow.
The hare thought he could easily beat the tortoise, so he suggested they race each other to see who was faster. The tortoise thought it was a good idea, so they started the race.

At first, the hare ran very far ahead. He was so far ahead that he stopped and decided to take a nap, thinking the tortoise was no match for his speed. However, the tortoise kept walking steadily and slowly, and eventually, passed the sleeping hare.

The tortoise eventually reached the finish line first and was declared the winner of the race. As the tortoise passed the hare, he said, "Slow and steady wins the race!" This means that even if something takes longer and it takes more work, if you keep going, you will eventually achieve your goal.
