Whore of Babylon

The Whore of Babylon is a figure found in the Bible (Revelation 17). In the Bible, the Whore of Babylon is described as a woman who wears fancy and expensive clothes and makeup, and carries a golden cup full of wickedness. She is usually thought to represent false religion, or the people who practice false religion. In other words, people who reject God and turn to false gods.
