Wimax is like a really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really big version of WiFi. It's like a superpower version of WiFi that lets you get way more data over much bigger distances (like miles instead of feet). It's like having a jumbo jet instead of a small plane!
