ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Wolf children

Wolf children refer to kids who have been raised by wolves or have lived as a wolf in the wild for some time. Basically, they are human children that have been brought up by wolves or have lived with them in the wilderness.

Wolves live in packs and work together to hunt for food and take care of their young ones. If a child is brought up by wolves, they learn to behave and communicate like them. This means they will howl like wolves, walk on all fours, and be more comfortable living in the wild than in a human environment.

It is very rare for a child to actually be raised by wolves, but there have been documented cases of children who have lived for extended periods of time with wolves. These children usually have a difficult time adjusting back to human society because they have been living as a wild animal for so long.

Overall, wolf children are an interesting topic that reminds us of the amazing connection between humans and wildlife. But it's important to remember that humans and animals have very different behaviors, and it's not safe or viable for a child to be raised by wolves.
