World Giving Index
The world giving index is like a big list that tells us which countries are the best at helping other people. When we help other people, it means we are doing something nice for them without expecting anything in return. This could be giving money, volunteering our time or donating things we don't need anymore.
Each country is given a score based on three things:
1. How many people in the country donate money to charity.
2. How many people in the country volunteer their time to help others.
3. How many people in the country have helped a stranger in the past month.
The higher the score, the better the country is at helping other people. So, if a country has lots of people who give money to charity, volunteer their time and help strangers, it will have a high score on the world giving index.
