Yin and yang

Yin and yang are two sides of the same thing. They are opposites, but they need each other to be complete. Yin is the dark side, while yang is the light side. For example, night and day are yin and yang – they need each other to make a day complete. Yin and yang are also used to describe different emotions, like happiness and sadness. They need each other to make us complete as people.
