228 Incident

The 228 incident happened a long time ago in Taiwan, when people were very upset at their government for doing some things they didn't like. The government made a big mistake and hurt a lot of people's feelings. This made the people very angry and they wanted the government to fix the mistake and say sorry.

But instead of saying sorry and fixing things, the government got even meaner and hurt more people. The people got even angrier and started to protest and fight back. The government didn't like that and used a lot of force to stop the protests, even hurting and killing some people.

It was a very sad and scary time for Taiwan, but eventually the government realized they were wrong and tried to make things better. But people still remember the 228 incident and use it as a reminder to always stand up for what's right and to speak out when things are wrong.
