Acts 18 is a part of a book called the Bible, which tells stories about Jesus and his followers. In this chapter, we hear about a man named Paul who was traveling to different places to tell people about Jesus.
Paul arrived in a city called Corinth and he met a couple named Aquila and Priscilla. They were very nice and they invited Paul to live with them while he was in Corinth.
Paul was a very good speaker and he would go to the local synagogue (which is like a church) to tell people about Jesus. Some people in the synagogue listened to him and believed in Jesus, but other people did not like what he was saying.
One day, some people got very angry with Paul and they took him to see a leader in the city. The leader was named Gallio and he listened to what the angry people had to say. But Gallio didn't think what Paul was doing was very important, so he let him go.
After that, Paul stayed in Corinth for a while longer and continued to tell people about Jesus. He also wrote letters to other places to encourage them to keep believing in Jesus, even when things were hard.
