ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Ambidextrous organization

An ambidextrous organization is a type of company that is good at both making changes quickly and adapting to the changing environment, and also sticking to what has worked in the past. In other words, it is a company that can do both new and old things well. It is like being able to do both left-handed and right-handed activities, which is called being ambidextrous. An ambidextrous organization can make sure its products and services stay up-to-date and also work on long-term strategies that will help it succeed in the future.
