ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Organizational learning

Organizational learning is when a group of people, like a company or organization, learns from their experiences. It means that after something happens, the organization learns from it and then makes changes or does something different the next time so that the same mistake or problem won't happen again. For example, a company might learn that it needs to communicate better with its customers, so it makes changes to how it talks to customers to make sure they are always kept in the loop.
