Anti-psychiatry

Anti-psychiatry is a movement that disagrees with the way doctors treat people's mental health. The people in the anti-psychiatry movement don't think that doctors should give medicines to people to help with their mental health. They also don't think that people should go to mental hospitals or talk to mental health doctors about their problems. Instead, they think that people should be able to work out their own problems or find other ways to get help, like going to therapy or support groups.
